How does it work?
TNT is a very simple site- simply click on Translate, follow steps 1 to 4, select the source and target languages, add the field, then enter your text or upload your file. That's all there is to it! Once you have accepted the quotation and the approximate delivery time, you will be redirected to the payment page so that you can pay by PayPal! The moment your translation is ready, we will email it to you at the address you gave us! What could be simpler?

To whom are our services of benefit?
Anyone! If you need fast and high quality translations use us now! Our customers range from small businesses to big multinationals but also include lawyers and individuals as well!

How quickly will I receive the translation?
We are one of the quickest in the industry, so you can rely on our fast turnaround. A 100-word text takes about an hour. A qualified, experienced translator has a daily capacity of around 2000 words.

If I need a quote, what should I do?
You can receive a quote instantly by clicking here. Enter the language pair, select the field and enter your text - there is no waiting around… You will receive your quote immediately!


How much does the translation cost?
We charge between EUR 0.10-0.24 / source word or character. The ‘word price’ depends on the language pair and field of the text. We do NOT charge any additional fees.
We have a minimum fee of EUR 10.

Do I have to pay any extra charges, invoicing charges or credit card charges?
No – not at all. You just pay for the translation, however we do have a minimum charge of EUR 10, which corresponds to around 1/3 of an A4 page.

What about word count in Asian or other languages using symbols (e.g. Chinese, Japanese)?
In Asian languages, like Chinese and Japanese, we count the number of symbols (characters). If we cannot count the words or the characters (e.g. scanned documents), we count the pages.

Is there a special rate for large projects?
Yes. We offer discount on bulk translations. Discounts begin at 2,000 words. You may contact us for discounts and offers directly at office(at)the-native-translator.com 

Do you carry out small jobs?
Definitely! The minimum charge of EUR 10.00 covers all translations up to 140 words.


Will your translators keep my sensitive material confidential?
Yes of course! Our translators are all bound by a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) as part of the terms and conditions of their engagement.

Is the service secure?
Yes. We use SSL encryption technology as well as other measures to ensure that all customer and translator details, as well as all of the material, is well secured.

How do I pay?
You pay online using PayPal.

What is PayPal?
Paypal is the safest, easiest way to pay and be paid online. It allows anyone from over 190 countries and regions to pay online using their preferred method of payment including credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Amex), bank accounts, buyer credit or account balances, without sharing any confidential financial information. It’s easy!

What if PayPal doesn't work in my country?
Contact us. We also support Money Bookers, and wire transfers. Please note that for these specific services, additional fees may apply.

Do you keep my credit card information stored?
We never have access to your credit card information. This information is only shared with PayPal and cannot be accessed by us.

Generally, we can translate ANY kind of document and text in any language pair for you!
If your languages or subject matter are not listed, then contact us at office(at)the-native-translator.com. We will service you in an instant.
We support all common document formats (MS Office, PDF, TIF etc.).

Do you also undertake the certified translation of official documents?
Yes we do! Our certified and sworn translators are able to carry out certified translations, which are accepted by authorities and various legal offices. As the requirements for certified translations are different in every country, we can provide you with information direct. You should email office(at)the-native-translator.com  at once.

What languages do you translate?
At present, we offer translations from/to:
Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese (simplified, traditional, Mandarin), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English (UK and US), French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese (European and Brazilian), Polish, Russian, Romanian, Spanish (European and Latin American), Swedish and Turkish.
If the languages are not featured on this list, then don’t worry - please contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs. We are constantly increasing the number of languages we support.

Do you plan on adding other languages and fields?
We constantly strive to find new ways to fulfil your needs and requirements by increasing the number of languages we support. If the language you need is not featured on the list, please contact us and we will do our best to provide translation services for you.

Can you handle professional translations of medical/ legal/ technical material?
Yes. Our team members are more than just experienced translators - they have at least one university degree and/or years of work experience in their specialist fields. They are not just translators; they are also experts in their fields. Remember – context is King!

How does TNT guarantee to offer me satisfaction?

What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
If you have reason to believe that the translation is incorrect, then you may ask for corrections or improvements. If you are still not satisfied with the result, we shall refer the project to a different translator at no additional cost and they will work with you to ensure you receive the exact service you require.

What are your office hours?
We are here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our translators and the customer service representatives are in strategic locations, spanning the earth. There will be a translator who is ready to carry out your translation at any time of the day or night, regardless of time zone.

When I get a delivery time, which time zone does that refer to?
All time references refer to UTC, which is the old GMT - Greenwich Mean Time.
