- About Us
Within the medical profession, the ability to be understood – in any language – is critical. That's why, at The Native Translator, we require our medical translators and proofreaders to undergo extensive professional training. We also expect them to have direct experience in the fields of medicine which correspond to the subject which they are translating.
We maintain rigorous systems of quality control including a verification system that runs throughout the process, from the selection of translators to a final assessment made of the translated document. We begin each project with the creation of a translation memory specific to the client in order to ensure that the correct terminology is utilised.
Pharmaceutical businesses, clinical researchers (CRO), manufacturers of medical and surgical instruments, biotech societies and health care directors rely on The Native Translator for the translation of their most sensitive documents. The unique methodology we deploy allows us to provide a clear, precise and high quality translation of medical information including complex technical terms. All of our personnel, project managers and translators are bound by a nondisclosure agreement.
Medical translation requires that each member of the team maintains the highest standards and utilises their technical knowledge to the fullest capacity. It also demands multiple layers of quality control and a perfect comprehension of strict regulatory laws, in particular those pertaining to the European Union, Japan and the United States.
The Native Translator offers translation services in more than 100 languages. Given the global nature of clinical research, the translation of documents used in clinical trials comprises a large part of our work.
The Native Translator is a Swiss online translation service and is part of The Translator Group, certified according to European norm EN 15038 and North American CAN/CGSB 131.10. We specialise in translation services for medical clinics and offer medical translation services in more than 100 foreign languages including Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, French, Spanish, German and Portuguese.
